Twice nightly, six nights a week, on MSC Virtuosa you will have the unique opportunity to see two original shows by Carousel Productions at Sea, that combines innovative technology and avant-garde artistic performances, to offer you a surprising mix of new expressions and experimentation. Shows are performed exclusively in the Carousel Lounge, a glamorous and modern technology-packed venue, designed specifically to meet the needs of Carousel Productions at Sea. Inspired by the game of chess, this rock musical spectacular features a duel between two queens, as they fall in love with the same king and battle each other to win his heart. Throughout the story, the various characters of the chess board from bishops to knights will come to life, embodied by life-size statues, fighting it out to the sound of a ticking chess clock.
